We're doing ALL the TDay prep since both DH and I work.

However, the Things are old enough to preheat the oven and prep and cook off some frozen appitizers.

We're being total slackers for T-day. I pre-ordered dinner for us from a local caterers. The only thing I'm making is pumpkin pie.

Nice call with son just then. We're going up to visit and meet the future in-laws for New Years, and he's working on arranging an AirB&B for everybody to stay at. It's the makings of a Hallmark movie.

I usually make a big fuss about cooking everything, but this year...just No.

We're working until not-sure. Things are responsible for following instructions and not burning the house down. After we eat we plan to go over to Daniel's friend's house at the invite of The Mom There for dessert.

August is wonderful that way. Well, and in a lot of other ways. She'll make sure he is properly appreciated. 😉
