Not too shabby. Getting ready for a potentially busy week

How do you do Thanksgiving? Family, friends, just downtime for yourself?

Oh my family of roomies rather than my fam by blood. Then around Christmass I got the distance over to mom and dad , sis and her kids. After 3 days there I get twitchy, and if I stay more than five days I m crawling the walls to get back 😉

lovely! We generally do Friendsgiving too, and Xmas up in Madison with the gyrf-fam. Mine is too far away, and I go see them in the Summer 🙂

I was planning to make a test batch of the rolls I wanted to bring to Friendsgiving today... and am realizing that I need to start them NOW because they need to sit for 8 hours and then rise for 3 hours longer! Soooo if I want to bake them at all today, I have to get moving!

Woo, sound fancy. We shall miss you while you bake, but also cheer your bready victory on!
