I think it's somewhat of the 'it takes a village' approach more than formalized lessons. Everyone pitches in. Marigold probably has the closest eye on progress (and is certainly bursting with pride at how Gwen has stepped up) but the others notice where some element of teaching is needed and find a way to incorporate it.
