Communal spigots need to be repaired/replaced because we have no water flow to front or back. They are afraid if we set it up the pipes may burst again. Also it involves drywall repair to their units.

BUT

The pipes still have water in them and without the repair are MORE likely to freeze and burst (very likely) and the building will pay for the repair

But Unit GS just argues that we can leave the spigot off (no water to front for landscaping, no water to back for cars/lot cleaning and back landscaping) and ignore the problem

I do not want to pay for burst pipes because you are a nitwit

Luckily I'm on the condo board, she is not

They will have to put in a (very small) access panel in each ground unit so that we can shut off water in the winter. OH NO MY WALLS
