We have the AC on, and two fans (overhead and next to me) and DH sleeps with a blanket....

Yup. I have the temp down to 68 sometimes, and then I wake up freezing, so I put on a blanket, and then a hot flash hits, so the blanket goes flying, and then I get cold again....
