Catching up...

Would have been on sooner, but I started doing lesson planning for next week, then realized I needed to make copies, then realized that the place I could do that locally had closed, so I needed to drive 20 minutes to find a place to do it, and ended up spending WAY too much money on copies and receiving some solid motivation never to forget to make my copies at school again.

Nah, I compensated for being irresponsible. If I'd just been doing lesson planning and had all the stuff I needed for Monday, then I'd have been properly responsible.

I did go for a run first thing, though.

And lunch prep is tomorrow.

Ok, but see, my schedule changed (bah!) so this IS my Sunday.

Lunch is: Ham or turkey sandwich, banana, pretzels, and cup of either applesauce, pudding or yogurt.

I might not eat all of it, but that's what I pack.

Oh, or baby carrots/cherry tomatoes. But yeah. Little kid lunches.

But I mostly just have to make the sandwich in the morning, the rest is grab & go

I did like the chicken salad I made last week, and portioned out into four meals. Grab a container, grab some fruit, done.

I don't get too motivated to make lunches since I WFH, but then I end up not being motivated AT lunch time either and it's either leftovers, frozen meal, or noodle cup

Granted, I LIKE noodle cup a lot. I get the good imported kinds

Hey, I broke the instructions on the frozen peas yesterday to supplement noodle cup dinner! It worked out well.

I know, I'm an adult. But I don't usually portion out the frozen veggies.
