IIRC, Dagmar with Flyswatter caps out at... uhhh... assuming no exploding tens... 6 str + 5 weapon + up to 6 bonus suxx... so, yeah, she has the potential to do 17 DMG (with no tens), and her base dmg roll in melee is 11
