I haven't yoga'd in.... too long.

Well, I tell myself I'll take a 15 minute walk a day, bare minimum for any use at all. But yester day I slipped. So today 20. I don't responnd well to walking in heat (yeah, for a southerner that's fun) so I'm trying to at least walk back and forth in the house. Which is easier with B gone

Couldn't go NEAR the room with her without her making an issue

Her daughter is visiting her tonight. I keep worrying the place will find a legal loophole to make us take her back. Which is more anxiety laden than logical
