Ok, I feel accomplished; sorry about the laggy posting but I now have 3 very enticing salads ready for the week and I'm set up to make some grapefruit bowls-to-go and box/freeze up a quiche the DH made me.

I made my own lime tortilla strips and fried wonton strips!

I have Thai-theme, Tex-Mex theme, and pear/bacon/bleu cheese salads.

I have also made candied bacon for a departing co-worker and I made breakfast for the fam earlier.

Gym morning, then errands. May or may not have guests tonight… TBD!
