I have definitely put on weight and lost muscle both since pre-pandemic... I think I'm going to try intermittent fasting again. Cuts way down on my peak shitty snacking hours, which is am (sweets with coffee) and late night (crunchy snacks or sweets while gaming online)

I wish I had your will power
