B is currently in a hospital and has been for 3 days yay Which means she got evaluted when we requested a social worker. Which means the hospital CANNOT discharge her to our house which is an unsafe location

WOW! I'm not sure how I missed that, I must have been away more than I thought! Okay, so that's a HUGE change for the better. Major step in the right direction.

I think I heard a lot about visitors, but missed the B news.

Oh yes. It must have scrolled off. Long story short? B to head down the steps Thursday night. I was up. Talked to her. She got huffy and twirled around.. and fell .. back into the hall. Fortunately NOT down the stairs. She did claim to hit her head. And that was it.. her daughter and SIL confabbed, called Nonn Emergency transport and thought enough is enough, and put it in motion. At first I felt bad because I had angered her, but as another roomie said, if I hadn't been there she'd have had the same fall only down the damn steps

Well, she was looking for her can, she was hovering near the stairwell , nnot at yet thank good. Told me how she was going to the door to see her dead husband... etc.. made snide comments about how it wasn't thatt late, then asked me why I was standing there in her way. Now I cann't ggrab her and whirl her around or anything so I didn't. Instead I looked her in the eye annd said "Well, I was thinking of using the hall bathroom but you're in the way'/ She got More pissed, HUFFEd i my face, then YANKED her walker around... which was not wise to do angry and arrogant because she fell right over. The others woke up when I made my voice louder and they heard things

The further I get from that night, the more my guilt turns to a quiet kind of pride. I don't deserve a medal for not telling her "Your husband is dead, stop being a bitch" but I did earn a cookie

Any word from the hospital/doctors/admin about her status?

Definitely cookie-worthy. That must have taken some restraint.

Her diaggnosis is clear, she's going to a nursing home but WHICH one is up for grabs
