We stepped away and sat on a bench until her stress-panting stopped. Some stress-pants are ok; it's Florida, it's an event, fine.

When she was chill we walked all the way around the lake. 2.5 miles today!

She would position herself on the opposite side of the path from EVERY OTHER DOG SHE COULD and didn't even pause, stop, smell, or look at them. And it was DELIBERATE.

We got back to our start point, I gave Thing2 15 mintues on the playground and another 15 for a snowcone and we came home. ((chuckle)) Jewel spent the time under the bench I was sitting on.
