I was on the way to get my lunch but still on the clock "patrolling" and out in front of the spoonbills I saw a wee Guest faceplant on the concrete. I hoped he'd shrug it off and be ok, but nope, he hurt. His mom scooped him up and he cried so of course I offered assistance and ended up walking the family (mom, grandmom, older brother, and Tucker) to first aid and then baby care next door. Also got to educate on where to go for the same elsewhere and what fun things lil guys might like that were nearby. They both scored plush dinos from the nurses and Tucker recovered quickly to run around and play. I got the info I needed from them and then left, got my lunch, and went back to eat, then wrote the report BUT I didn't have to file it; Manager said one of the park units would do that. At least he didn't have to respond, gather info, or write much of it.
