Interesting question. Can sluagh whistle? Reasonably there should be no reason why not, because it's air pursed through lips, just like a metal whislte would work. However, does their flaw extend to any sounds made by them, or just speech?

I mean, whistling might be frowned upon as a cheery and un-sluagh act. And LOUD whistling painful. But is it even possible if improbably?
