In fact, we do not have the TV on in hopes she will eat her meal and then go back to her room. Normally we have it on, try to find somethingn she likes, or at least can tolerate.

And everybody's just like, NOPE, not encouraging her today, huh?

Well, you see, B had a chat with a doctor recently. And the Doctor told her that it was time for her to look into a nursing home because she just can't be kept safe at a house with stairs and no trained people

Now this is not our fault. This is a doctor being honest and concerned for her health and decline.

I try to remidn myself she's out of her mind with dementia but frankly she was toxic long before this and the dementia just seems to have taken the filter off

It happens that way sometimes. I was fortunate...my mother never revealed a nasty side when she started to fade.

Yeah. I've seen some sad moments. My own grandma she was so healthy for so long it was a shock when she started to lose herself.

But even then she was sweet .. just confused

NOw comes getting legal rights and other stuff and it's going to make her think we're monsters in a TV special of a week.
