Actually, there IS already a community theater in Rome. But I'm sure they're on haitus. She can boost it and promote it among changelings as a place to nudge theatrical dreamers towards.

And, IIRC, she actually loved some parts of theatre herself, not enough to become a broadway hairstylist but the feel of it etc
