I suspect, based on the picture of the exterior and the lack of bedroom pictures on the ad, that the rooms upstairs are a) tiny and b) severely water damaged. BUT...not in our in-game house!

The three bedrooms are quite satisfactory in size! And a full upstairs bathroom as well as a full one downstairs. Of course, Sylvi is quite used to sharing a bathroom.
