Croissant, split lengthwise, spread with a cream cheese/confectioners sugar/chocolate chips mix and then fresh strawberries laid across that, close it up like a sandwich and bake till the croissant is crispy. Serve with whipped cream, more strawberry slices, and chocolate shavings.

Not really? VERY easy, made with what was around but sweet enough and the cream cheese and strawberry gave it JUST enough tang so the sweet wasn;t cloying.
