I am okish. Been trying to improve my health in small (And I do mean small) ways. 15 minutes on low resistence elipecical every day for the last 4 days which may not seem like much but for me it's pretty good

Last week someone came by to offer their services to trim our trees up etc. Nothing like total strangers coming up and essentially telling you your yard sucks but if you pay them they can make up for your love of foresetted look
