argggggggggggggghh. My boss is asking me to troubleshoot his monitor setup, and then telling me I'm wrong.
BITCH JUST LISTEN. That blue cable is, and always has been USB. It will not make your monitor go. I don't know why you are convinced that is the case. I sent you the correct cable. I sent you the diagram of the back of your monitor that shows that the blue port you are obsessed with is just USB. If you just PLUG IN THE CABLE I SENT YOU TO PORT 4 ON THE DIAGRAM WHICH MATCHES YOUR MONITOR, it will work.
Boss: "But I don't have Thunderbolt..."
