If my loved one had stated explicitly an intention to "invade" and do harm (not to mention wearing a buffalo headdress), then I would indeed hope they "get to" - i.e., have the opportunity to - see a therapist.
The key word is GOVERNMENT.
That any GOVERNMENT should interpret what a private citizen's motives/intentions are (e.g. "sedition"), especially without a hearing, then arbitrarily label his/her actions as criminal, then coerce that private citizen to be intentionally "dePROGRAMMED", "rePROGRAMMED", "brainwashed", or be otherwise forced to think "correctly", is very, very dangerous indeed.

And yet, all AOC has done is propose additional funding to help those who have been indoctrinated into Q anon and White supremists. If you have some evidence of how innocent people are going to be seized off the street or out of their homes and taken away to government camps for re-education, I'd love to see it. I would agree with you entirely that would be a violation of due process. But right now, all I'm seeing here is idle speculation at best. You said earlier mentioning "A. O. C.'s plan to use federal funds to psychologically reprogram conservatives" which is NOT what she has proposed. Do you have evidence that she did?
