You moved the clothes off of it?

I'd started a running routine, but stopped because my Achilles tendons were KILLING me. It has a manual incline, and I realized that the incline was set on the steepest setting, but I couldn't figure out how to reset it. That was a month ago. Just figured it out, so I'll be getting back to it.

I desperately want to do morning yoga but I suppose anytime yoga would be better than none. Just.... when I get home all I want to do is COLLAPSE.

Yeah, I hear that. And the trick with Yoga is that it seems like everybody wants you to commit to an hour of it. But five minutes of yoga would be better than none.

I had been doing a quick stretching flow in the mornings before I got dressed but I kind of fell out of the very young habit I had of that. I'll readdress.

Tell us more about your riding lesson?

Horse was initially a little freaked out. My teacher helped explain it: a combination of last night's fireworks and the incoming storm. He settled down, though, and we had a good ride. Tried a new thing...riding without stirrups. Worked great for resolving some posture/seat issues.

No stirrups! My feet would be confused!

My feet rely too much on stirrups. The best posture is one where, if the horse suddenly vanished from under you, you'd still be standing when you hit the ground. Easier to find that spot without stirrups.
