In other news, I had an incredibly vivid lucid dream last night

Oh?

It started by me doing some of my normal (pre pandemic) daily routine, and then slowly realizing that things were... wrong. Off. By just a bit. Then by more and more, until finally I realized that it must be a dream because it was so bizarre, and I tested pinching myself- then pinched harder and harder until I woke up!

It's always weird when you knwo you're dreaming but arent' sure how to wake up..

I have had good fortune with lucid dreams recently.

Most importantly was, during an anxiety-inducing dream; the kind you wake up from fussy and the day gets worse from there?

During one of these, some part of me (BLESS) SHOUTED into my dream "YOUR ANXIETY LIES TO YOU!!!"

"YOUR ANXIETY LIES TO YOU!!!"

In the dream, I heard it. Heard me. and I knew it was true.

Wow. Yeah, that's some lucid intervention all right!

And the dream went away and I slept good and since then? No more of that kind of dream.
