I love it where there are detailed and painstakingly created task templates with steps for processes that need to be done... and I find out 9 months later that it's not being used and well WHY THE HELL DID I DO THE WORK if you're just going to do shit wrong and I get to clean it up later?

We have a spreadsheet that manages all of the firms in one of our databases. This is regularly updated for new firms, changes, etc.

We have a Newsletter that goes out monthly to all of those firms. The TASK tells you how to update the subscriber list so that anyone who has been added, new clients, changed emails, etc, are updated before the newsletter goes out

But I guess it just hasn't been updated in 9 months

Really makes me glad that I painstakingly keep this data up to date

Reading reviews for the appliance repair company that my warranty wants to send out:

"This man was sent by Frigidaire for several issues with my 3 month old stove. He was confrontational from the moment he walked in, has a nasty attitude, traipsed through my house with his wet disgusting boots on, lied to Frigidaire on the phone about how long he was here and testing my oven warming up and when I called Frigidaire to complain he called me "whiney" to my face. Then when I told him to get out of my house RIGHT NOW he started mumbling to himself and when he finally left he slammed my storm door and broke it. They hire schizophrenics to go into people's homes and Frigidaire has the entire call recorded and couldn't care less! He was scary, disheveled, totally unprofessional and should probably be working in a cemetery where he doesn't have to talk to someone with a pulse."

I dunno, that guy sounds cool. I hope I get him!
