Apparently, after her mother's funeral TEN YEARS AGO she thought she overheard me saying SOMETHING that made her think that I was taking her mother's word about what horrible kids she and her brother were. She's been holding onto this for TEN YEARS. I don't recall saying any such thing, and besides I knew her mother was diagnosed psychotic and I had barely any interaction with her at all. I don't know what she thought she heard, but it sure wasn't anything like what she's remembering.

Hopefully now that it's out in the open, the pent up anger can bleed away and move on?
