No rush! My good news is that I'm getting caught up with my grading. My bad (?) news is that the college essays will be coming in next week. But still...things are going okay.

How's the back/shoulder/pick a part of the body?

Ha! Sorry for lag, I'm catching up on various rooms. PT yesterday for back was helpful. Osteo for back also on Fri AM. Shoulder seems much, much better.

PT seems to believe (and is likely right) that the problem is that I let my core muscles weaken during lockdown, and that's why the back went. So...crunches and such. Slowly.
