Windows is a shit and I'm troubleshooting errors happening on some, but not all, machiens that affect critical processes

and I have to try to do it going blind and remotely

I had the same problem happen on my machine a couple weeks ago and finally had to nuke Windows entirely to fix... am trying to avoid that again.,..

Trying to troubleshoot a specific error, and coworker instead installs an entirely new update (Windows new version build) which has it's OWN issues and know security leaks and bugs... why would you do that? Why would you click to install something new? I didn't say do that?!
