Okay, so...1) students with hyphenated last names had their emails changed over the summer without warning, 2) other students were simply dropped from the email list, 3) as a result, most students never got the codes for Google Classroom, 4) the one class that needs textbooks had to go to school in the rain to pick them up during a two-hour period that we only knew about 15-minutes after it had started, 5) Google Meet threw random codes to students were sitting in their own chat without a teacher while I was sitting in another chat without students, 6) when I got Google Meet to work, I had random interlopers disrupting the class.... and so on and so on and so on.....
