My sister is apparently back with Abusive Ex, at least regularly.

I blew up at my mom, which is unfair of me as she no longer can talk about my sister without mentioning him.

But I'm not sure why I'm calling once a week as partly it was to help dad through hard times and she's the one who has been picking up the last month and usually stressing me out

Last time I tried to take a 'two week' pause though is when I heard dad was in a depreession crisis
