Ok, a question I would/should have asked earlier. Does Frank have a trailer on the Rig? Without, the Rig itself might seat......6 unenchanted people? And he's got 3 with him now?

WITH a trailer, he could put a couple dozen in. It would not be comfortable and is def. illegal, but he's done that before.....

The ideal would have been if he'd been able to intercept a scheduled trailer that was coming to deliver new workers...liberate the workers...and bring the empty-but-expected trailer to the loading dock. That might be a bit too much to expect at this point, so just an empty trailer works.
