I will look it up later, but heather balm can't heal cold iron iirc. The BALEFIRE however, can speed heal even those, just not as quick

however, all of brekke's other wounds are healing

and arguably, the Hearht could 'rewound her' naturally, then heal maybe but it's iffy stuff
