I fudged it a little for day time today but I'm going to have the night COLD, yes, Cat.

Eclairs are alot of work

With proper choux pastry and custard filling and chocolate ganache

Maybe! I also love a good Boston cream

I'm going to kind of cheat. Choux, vanilla pudding, and chocolate on the top.

Or an old fashioned, proper craggy and glazed or with good chocolate

long johns have a white pastry cream instead of custard, but I do also quite like boston creams

I much prefer the custard

Vanilla pudding is yummy and I honor your decision

but my FAVORITE donut is a regular glazed yeast. I feel you can determine the quality of the donuts overall by that one

dunkin's sucks

Dunkin is just a sugar lump

the sketchy donut place by the bus station? To die for.

I want my calories to be worth it

though dunkin is what I usually get for my final exams - it is on the way to work, and I can pick up two dozen
