I did a whipped cream 'frosting' and the lemon extract was old and nasty chemical tasting.

The cake is good, and we have other whipped cream. I might try a cream cheese frosting another time.

Nice. We had meatloaf a few nights ago; DH doesn't truck with anything on his 'loaf, but I will knock together a quick glaze out of whatever we have.

I still have a little leftover meatloaf, but I might not eat it
