I need to move my sourdough starter into a larger jar....

Rae, how much do you pour off at each feeding?

For mine, I either use some, or discard enough to make it manageable to feed at a ratio of 2 parts starter to 1 part water, 1 part flour

Technically you don't NEED to discard any, but PRACTICALLY it would get huge otherwise

I've taken it down as far as only a couple TB remaining and grown it back up
