After that breakfast I don't feel much like moving anyway. And we -did- to morning exercises.

I thought about starting exercise again. From my bed. At about 6 am. Before I went back to sleep.

I hit the elliptical for a whole uhm.. 7 minutes :o

Nope. Flaring hard this week, very ouchy today. Found new lawn guy yesterday, though

I did 2, Things did 1, "Body Groove" videos (5 min) and then a 30 min yoga video.

I was weeding my hosta earlier this week, and one of my neighbors had a guy. I went to chat with him - he wasn't taking new folks, but he sent me a name.

Guy he sent to me was $5 more than the people I used last summer, but let me tell you about the shit show those two were.

Yeah, worth paying for....

I will pay an extra five bucks for a guy who is NOT unreliable.

Oh, last straw with those two is when they played on my sympathies after three months in order to steal money.

See, the two of them were doing walk up and knock, yeah? Not uncommon around here for folks to have a mower hustle.

Now, some weeks I would miss them, so I'd have to mow. But whatever, they looked like they needed the money. I didn't have to mow. They did fine, right?

I will admit to being played, and I think this reflects more on them than me anyways
