like - we DO confirmation and marriage and the like, but the only sacraments are communion & baptism

since it is infant baptism, confirmation is for teenagers to be like "yeah, I'm cool with it"

((nod)) Catholics can baptize infants and adults, but during marriage prep one of the promises is to raise your children Catholic so the norm is to do infant baptism of Catholic-born children and do RCIA for joining adults which is like a mega-combo dose of baptism-first communion-confirmation in one or two ceremonies.
