DH made the dough. I mixed equal amounts of powdered sugar and corn starch, added cinnamon and sprinkled it thin on the dough. Then thin slices of apple and covered that with cheddar cheese. My hope was that the corn starch would help create a type of sauce from the juice of the apples and fat from the melting cheese. Any road, it's all gone! Thing 2 particularly liked it.
