I have an idea for a pizza type item.

I was thinking a pizza crust, evenly sprinkled with a corn starch/confectioner sugar mix (50/50) and then that is topped with THIN apple slices. Cover with cheddar and bake. Apple pie pizza.

See, not my thing, but I have a friend who would love that
