Not the worst, I am very quick in the morning. I shower at night and generally get my stuff together, so I just had to throw on clothes, wash face and teeth and stumble out

but still not quite feeling human yet.

Getting a quick outline of one of the rooms of August/Coradel's house has made me wonder about the layout of other locations in our game. I had the thought that if everyone sketched a quick overhead / satellite view of how they think the Lodge is laid out, we may have 5 different lodges

I wonder if they had reconsidered a microwave in order to discourage Connor from trying to 'cook'. Then again, it's probably easier to just stock in ready-to-eat snacks.

He has attempted to train her to play fetch with him. She gets a grape every time she throws the ball!

(For some reason, no one wants to play fetch with him much. But he does so love the game.)

Question for Mr. D - details on Connor's schooling? How often does he go, and how does he get there? Does someone from the lodge have to escort him to and fro the Farm, or at this point is he trusted to travel the trod there and back again?

Connor has school every week day, mostly at the DeBukes, but sometimes they send tutors to him. (A dropped plot line), when he goes to the farm it is by trod, usually with a DeBuke or rover escort. HOWEVER...

in the interest of 'childlings have adventures too'...

sometimes he is trusted to reach the trod on his own, and once he gets in the farm, often his escort goes back to the trod leaving him moments when he can slip away to pet cows and things instead of studying

and sometimes things get busy in adult world period 🙂

Connor was, to be sure, quite shocked after the first week or so when the initial excitement wore off. But when will he go swimmin' and exploring? And Doesn't he have a head fulla learning already?

I mean, he's read like FIVE books now
