Well, the Princess kind of brought it on herself by lying about the mission somewhat- she's not the one who was supposed to go but she's acting like the King(Her brother) sent her.

Ironically enough, she once had her brother kidnapped by these same two adventurers, but that was for his own good

Rise of Empire, Volume Two of the Riyria Revelations by Michael J. Sullivan.

The Riyria Revelations have a great Bromance with two criminals, a extroverted chatty warrior who has a strong streak of idealism that pops up, and his colder more silent thief(former assassin) partner who doesn't trust lightly and considers himself more pragmatic (But also has a few soft moments , don't tell)

I tried to play a character that couldn't swim in another campaign. The ST laughed it off and said that with my Athletics score, yes I could.

I tend to assume athletics include swimming too, but player choice

(Come on! Sure she's nimble. But she's a WERE BIRD and grew up in a poor New Mexico suburb. No beach and no pools!)
