Not knowing what she wants is her biggest block to not feeling extranious. She does what others see as important matters, but she doesn't, so it isn't, not to her. But she doesn't know what she wants, so if she moves to something else others see as important, but she doesn't..wash rinse repeat. She needs to learn what she wants for her to get ofver the hurdle

Well, the problem for Sparrow is she doesn't seem happy in ER where as Zara is.

If she leaves, you worry she'll be isolated... but she like you said, stationary she feels stunted.
