So, for the record...it's REALLY ANNOYING that Kithbook: Troll doesn't name a lot of positions in the troll lodge heirarchy. Brekke would have knighted a lot of people by now, but many of them are not into the noble titles, and there aren't a bunch of equivalents in troll culture.
