Sadly, Goldmoon, at least in the original trilogy, gets kind of lost. She's a nurturer kind of character with a love angle with Riverwind of her tribe. She should have been a much more interesting character than she was IIRC. Now they did give her some solo books and later stuff I hear filled her out, but trope wise she w as definitely the 'chick' of the group and not a particularly stand out one at that compared to some of the other characters.
