50th Annviersery plans for my parents that my sister forgot to tell me about because she doesn't use phones. I find out from an Uncle. Said Uncle and his wife are some of my favorite relations... but they are trying to turn this into a family reunion and that's not what it is for. Sis cannot afford 50 people showing up. Sis is not sure how to stand up to Aunt and Uncle...

but she has tried to explain.. Aunt has tried to pay for extra etc.

missing the point that a Family Reunion is not what it's for.

So she called me to apologize for not using the phone or texting... and it ballooned into discussion to that. I hope I haven't given bad advice.

Maybe plan a family reunion after?
