UGH, of COURSE we're not done with the Fix it people

They were just supposed to replace the gasket to the garbage disposal/sink drain, because they covered it with paint

but apparently the garbage disposal is in too bad of shape to remove and replace that gasket. it is rusted and there is foam keeping it from leaking.

The Inspector should have brought that up...
