I will do a ramen bowl for the kids that 'super fancy' when they don't feel great. Ramen noodles, use a stock instead of water, toss the flavor packet and add a shot of sesame oil and a GOOD shot of soy sauce, add some frozen mix veggies. They have not graduated to an egg in it yet, but is only a matter of time.

When the kids are sick, I try to be sneaky healthy mom.
