Thing is... there's only 2 ways out of FL; I-95 & I-75. All going north. We're in the middle of the state, smack dab central FL. That's as good as it gets. If they order an evac, we'll go..... but if I have to choose between being here, and on the road in a van when the shit hits the fan?

Exactly. Stuck on an interstate because someone ahead broke down (no preventive maintenance) or ran out of gas (poor planning) and so on. Even if it didn't become an Airbus....... that would suck worse that being inside our home, pets safely kenneled, all camping out in living room on cots.....
