The project manager is having a time of it, I'm making him earn his money. I go and look at freak out, he talks me down again, repeat repeat. Currently I have to come to terms that the sub-par nature of the paint job is due to the old owners being hippies that apparently got high and slapped numerous shitty coats of paint on things

And we can either deal with them being painted over, globs and drips and orange-peel and all, or pay for another 5-6 hours of labor to sand it all down and repaint
