oh, I got my usual four hours sleep. 😉

I think I got 6, barring 2 wake ups.

And I am achy from yesterday but in general not feeling too badly.

Even that is ok. It is "I made an effort" ache all over. And compared to how my feet used to feel, today is a BLESSING.

I would not have been able to work today, after yeaterday, if I had not got treatment.

Nod for me the big success was vacuuming my bedroom. It's strange having a floor that's 75% clean

After work I must iron but I can do that sitting down if needs be.
