Let me tell you... it's a little scary how after 2 days in a row of lifting the MINIMUM weights on the damn machines, my muscles are in revolt.

I did 40 minutes of stretching yoga and saw Jesus.

True, I do. And I'm not beating myself up, just.... awed.

Yeah. I walked for 20 minutes today, just walked. My body was like "What is this? Where's the famine that we must head to distant lands now?"

Right? *G* Depending on the work out I have planned, I will do a 10 minute warm up walk, or a 30 minute longer get-some walk. But walking; I don't go above 4 mph on the treadmill.

I have big foam 2d12s with crossfit style exercises on them and another 2d12 with yoga on them. There are good for variety.

And again, depending on the work out planned, there are free weights, weight machines... depends on where I am at 🐭 and what's available there.

I Have heard of the mighty crossfit dice and seen them once. Amazing 🙂

*chuckle* They are mostly just exercises you can do with MINIMAL equipment. Wall squats, planks, like that.

But the dice make it interesting.

She's ok. She has a vet appointment next week, I just want to alleviate the symptoms so she doesn't fixate on it for the rest of her life that THIS is where she worries herself raw.
